Participants will be guided through an analysis of the policies, procedures, and practices within educational, practice, and research that have resulted in racial and ethnic homogeneity of the physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. A thorough interrogation of systems and structures are needed to effectively and efficiently identify and utilize resources within private practices, other health care settings, and the American Physical Therapy Association to create diverse and inclusive climates.
