THE FIT FACTOR
Developed in 2013, the Fit Factor is an online survey individuals can take to assess their current overall physical health and receive personal feedback on ways to improve it. As a PPS member, you can register for a Fit Factor Clinician Code to customize Fit Factor to help draw patients to your practice.
