We often look at compliance endeavors and our compliance officers as necessary evils, but what if we regard our compliance program and compliance officer as a strategic partner?
Online marketing and use of social media are quickly becoming the mainstay of health care advertising, especially if your clinic is located in an urban area.
Strategic partnerships made between community stakeholders and private practices must be formed with an understanding of the benefits and risks each entity brings to the partnership along with agreement on the product and/or outcome to result from the collaboration and the process necessary to reach this goal.
