Committee Chair Letter

Greetings! I am honored to be the Incoming Chair for the Administrators’ Network.

What an amazing opportunity I have been given to guide this gifted group of talented and energetic members into the upcoming years. I want to thank Connie Ziccarelli for her foresight, drive, and mentorship to bring this group to where it is today. I have really BIG shoes to fill, but I am up for the task.

In recent years, we have seen growth in membership to the Administrators’ Network and we want to keep that going. Before the pandemic hit and our lives and livelihoods changed, the Network would focus on bringing educational content directly to practice administrators through our Administrators Certificate Program and quarterly webinars. We are going to focus on bringing that back! We had two successful Networking Rooms during the 2020 PPS Virtual Annual Conference. It was nice to see familiar faces as well as new ones. I am looking forward to meeting you all face to face at our next Annual Conference in Texas!

In the months ahead, we are striving to enhance member engagement and will be reaching out to our members who have knowledge and talent in areas that are related to practice administrators. We have opportunities for Administrators’ Network members to present webinars and volunteer within the Administrators’ Network. We want to showcase the talent that we have within our membership. Our certificate program will return in 2021 with new content and presenters along with renewed enthusiasm.
