Dear Valued PPS Member,

I want to thank our Impact Editorial Board for yet another excellent issue. I cannot think of another topic that simultaneously raises feelings of comfort and anxiety than the theme of this issue: compliance.

I am the designated compliance officer for our company. This role fits me well as I understand why compliance needs to happen, and I am pretty good at writing a policy or a procedure; that is, until I read a new regulation and have a moment of panic, hoping we are following the new rule.

This is why I am a member. I know and trust that our peers, who are the true compliance gurus, are sharing their wisdom for all of us to succeed. I often tell our team, it takes a village for compliance to happen. What they may not know is that the team goes beyond the walls of our clinic. Our team includes these authors and experts who keep us up to date and bring us information we may not even be aware we need to know.

Thank you to each one of you for being part of the village that champions the success of the physical therapist in business.
