InBook App for Marketing and Customer Satisfaction

A satisfied customer is the best source of advertisement.
The InBook Offline Survey App is a tool business owners/managers can use to get real-time responses from their clients. The setup of the survey is simple. It consists of: 1) creating the survey, 2) adding a device, 3) downloading the mobile app, and 4) keeping track of the responses.
During creation of the survey, the site has drop-down menus for picking a question type and then a free text box to individualize the question to be asked. The question types include star ratings, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), Bad/Good, Date, Email, Phone, and Smiles (1-5). The survey is saved once all the questions are entered, after which it can be loaded to a device such as a tablet, iPod touch, or iPhone using a unique code that is created for the individual account.
Using a tablet with the survey, it is suggested that it be set up in a prominent location in the business so the client can access the tablet and complete the survey. Completion of the survey is simple. After each question is answered the tablet automatically advances to the next question for the client’s ease of use. When the survey is completed, the client is thanked. Following a short pause, the survey is restarted for the next client.
For the practice owner or manager, the statistics are already waiting from the data entered by the clients. It has bar graphs and the average rating in place for each question on the survey. This seemed easy enough but once I had multiple surveys completed, I ran into difficulty with achieving population of the statistic section from the completed surveys.
The app did not receive enough ratings or reviews to display a summary rating. The description of the app is that it is the “perfect solution for customer feedback.” At first it seemed easy to use and “perfect,” but despite logging in and out and refreshing the page, I never was able to figure out how to get my surveys collected into the statistics section.
The InBook Offline Survey App is offered for IOS 9 and newer versions in the App Store from Apple. While it is free for the first 30 days, after the 30 days the cost jumps to $19 per month. The app is only compatible with the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch.
