April Letter to Members
Dear Valued PPS Members,
During the past several weeks, the COVID-19 pandemic has made its way to our country, states, communities, and practices. This has no doubt had an impact on our normal way of life as well as disrupted our private practice businesses.
PPS and Impact are dedicated to giving you timely, relevant information on how to navigate your businesses through these difficult times. Thanks to the efforts of our generous writers, I would like to direct you toward our Impact online special edition dedicated to the COVID-19 pandemic. There you will find information to help guide your practice as you plan for the coming months.
Our Impact content calendar is set many months in advance, and as a result, we were not able to adjust the topics for our April edition due to the timing of when this pandemic struck. This month’s issue addresses “The Customer” and has great content and material that we have been accustomed to receiving from Impact. Perhaps it will offer an opportunity for a few minutes of focus not centered on COVID-19!
Our Impact board is working closely with our PPS COVID-19 Advisory Committee and will be adjusting future Impact editions with related material to help you continue to position your practices for success during, and in the wake of, this public health crisis.
If you have not done so already, please visit the PPS website to find additional resources and information that will guide and direct you in protecting your private practices as you continue to serve your communities in their greatest time of need.
Your PPS board liaison,
Bill Pfister, PT, DPT, CLT
